first i just wanted to bypass the frp becuase the phone is locked on a google account, then flash it to the latest firmware for note 8 , but im stuck to bypass the frp, without that im not able to unlock the phone or downgrade or do anything what so ever, so yeah i need the N950WVLU4CRD5 file to flash on odin, if i use this COMBINATION_FA71_N950WSQ U1 AQH8 it fails because its an old firmware.

I'm also having the exact same issue, I spoke to both Samsung and Samsung pay, the advisor at Samsung said that due to the way the app works it will only work in the region within the device was purchased. This can be overridden if the phone is re-flashed and has the UK firmware installed on it, you may also notice your software updates are HK updates. This shouldn't impact any other features of the phone is my understanding so far.
The easiest way is to go to sammobile.com and reflash your fone with the new firmware for the new country (not as scary as it seems, loads of guides on the website for what firmware version etc). Id recommend downloading phone info from the app store to tell you what version etc you have right now. I bought my s7 in UAE but moved back to the UK so i just flashed on the uk firmware and your samsung pay will change country automatically.
My phone is from the UAE and I am in the UK. At first Samsung pay wouldn't run but all I did was clear the app data and relaunched the app. It works 100% fine. No need to flash firmware or any other complicated solutions. Not even a factory reset.
Please note that you can switch between CSCs that are already available on your device. As for myself, I never care for OTAs as I use rooted devices and flash full firmwares if some major update comes.

i tried to root my s4 will failure ( due to OTA firmware update that stops it working properly ) so i downloaded H3G firmware for XX(UK) im on three network ,so i flashed it to wipe any failed root off the device so its ( official ) but the firmwares different with three networks branding on bootup instead ,my phone was not like that from stock when i first got it ,is it possible there are different variants of as branded phone from the same network ?
Hi Darren, I have never heard of any carrier that has different variants of the same device. You have flashed the correct firmware and I guess (on the basis of a few known cases) they might have added branding in the newer update for the S4.
You did not get me yet. I said if you flash a firmware that is made for unbranded phones, you might face network connectivity and other issues. First get your phone unlocked and then think about installing other firmware. Changing CSC is not a solution for you.
It only denotes connectivity difference and a network carrier affiliation. If you flash the firmware for gt-i9082 , the phone will still work. But since you are new, I will not recommend you to do anything like that.
Okay, I have seen that. The reason for your problem is that the firmware installed on your Note 10.1 is a Single CSC firmware where you have but one code. Install a multi-csc firmware. I have just updated the Firmware post with the full firmware which also contains the csc for your country that is UK. Download the firmware from here and flash it via Odin. Then you will be able to change the CSC to your country (BTU).
If you want to get your hands on the day-one update (and future ones), you should visit this (for US Galaxy Note 10) and this (for US Galaxy Note 10+) threads. They are maintained by XDA member iBowToAndroid and always contain up-to-date firmware binaries for manual flashing.
